Focus Group / In-Debth Interview Meeting Participant

Would you like to share your experiences on a particular subject by meeting together in a meeting room of 6 to 8 people with similar profile features in a specific location, in a warm and friendly way?

Generally, focus group meetings, which take place in 2 hours, take place in a chat environment. Besides verbal sharing, it allows you to express what you want to say more easily through projective techniques, various visuals, and objects.

An experienced moderator accompanies you in this pleasant process and offers an environment that allows everyone to participate in the meeting equally.

Mystery Customer/ Secret Customer

If you think that you are a good observer and have a strong photographic memory;  if you believe that you will be acting completely neutral, without the role of a teacher,  you can become a mystery shopper researcher.

Mystery Customer is the person who experiences any product or service purchase and reports their measurements and experiences in detail and impartially.

Mystery Customer measures the quality of service within the framework of certain scenarios given to it. After completing his/her visit to the specified point, he/she reports his/her experience in a predetermined format through online.

Mystery Customer earns cash, shopping vouchers, gifts, or discounts, depending on the scope and definition of the work done.
